On 01/13/2018 at about 1416 hrs., police responded to a burglary that occurred at a business on the 100 block of SW Frontage Road. The investigation is open.

18-0070

On 01/13/2018 at about 1700 hrs., a business in the 400 block of S Broadway Street reported a theft. A report was taken.

On 01/13/2018 at about 1700 hrs., an unknown suspect struck a parked vehicle, causing about $500 in damage, in the 100 block of SE Shafford Street. A report was taken.

On 01/14/2018, a subject identifying himself as an employee of a local law enforcement agency called an Estacada citizen and stated she had a warrant. The citizen recognized this as a common scam and ended the call with the person before any money was requested. The local law enforcement agency was contacted and advised of the scam involving their identity.

On 01/14/2018 at about 1730 hrs., police responded to the 30000 block of NW Evergreen Way regarding an unwanted person. One party was excluded from all property owned by the other. A report was taken.

On 01/15/2018 at 1038 hrs., police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of NE 6th Avenue. One juvenile was taken into custody after a short altercation. The juvenile was transported to the juvenile detention center in Oregon City on the charges of harassment and resisting arrest.

On 01/11/2018, at around 0325 hrs., police were dispatched to a report of a hit and run crash with injuries in the area of Highway 26 and Kate Schmitz Avenue. One party was transported to a local hospital. The investigation is ongoing.

On 01/11/2018 at 1911 hrs., Dominic A. Vidal (23, of Portland) was cited and released for Driving While Suspended (Misdemeanor) at the intersection of Highway 26 and Ruben Lane following a traffic stop.

On 01/12/2018 at 2139 hrs., officers responded to a Domestic Disturbance in the 39000 block of Hood Street. Jessica R. Dhone (30, of Sandy) was taken into custody for an active warrant out of Multnomah County in addition to the crime of Menacing. Dhone was lodged at the Clackamas County Jail on no-bail.

On 01/13/2018 between 1800 and 1845 hrs., an unknown subject took the license plates from a vehicle parked at a business in the 17000 block of Strauss Avenue. There are no suspects at this time.

On 01/14/2018 at about 0702 hrs., police received a report about fraud in the 39000 block of Proctor Boulevard. An unknown suspect paid for gas with a conterfeit fifty dollar bill. A report was taken.

On 01/15/2018 at about 1605 hrs., police received a report about damage to a vehicle in the 17000 block of Bruns Avenue. A report was taken.
