SALEM, Ore. - The Oregon Department of Forestry will host a webinar meeting open to the public on Tuesday, August 10 to provide an update on development of a Western Oregon State Forest Management Plan (FMP) and Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP).
This meeting will focus on the FMP and Implementation Plan public engagement process, FMP goal development, and updates on the Administrative Draft of the HCP and process under the National Environmental Policy Act.
This effort focuses on development of a Forest Management Plan and Habitat Conservation Plan on about 640,000 acres of state forestlands west of the Cascades and is primarily intended for those with an interest in management of Oregon’s forests. RSVP is requested.

Time: 2-4 p.m., with informal discussion on high-interest topics from 4-5 p.m.
