Bend Subject Arrested for Charges Related to Fraudulent Business Practices (Photo) - 06/15/22

Released by: Sergeant Jayson Janes

Date: June 15, 2022

Arrested: Gabe Campisi, 28 year old male, Bend Oregon

Business: OHS Enterprises

Charges: Aggravated Identity Theft, Theft by Deception, Theft I (2 counts), Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument, and Forgery I

On May 23, 2022 the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office was informed of a possible forgery case involving the ownership of a manufactured home. DCSO began investigating the reported forgery of ownership documents.

During the investigation deputies determined Gabe Campisi, the owner of OHS Enterprises had sold a manufactured home to a person out of state. This person paid a portion of the total agreed upon price for the home with the agreement it would be delivered to her property in Idaho. Deputies were able to confirm the manufactured home did not belong to Campisi and he did not have the authority to sell it.

On June 10, 2022 Campisi was arrested on the above mentioned charges and lodged in the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office Jail.

Deputies believe Campisi may be attempting the same types of fraudulent transactions with others inside and outside of Deschutes County. If you have recently made a purchase of a manufactured home or trailer from Campisi or his business, OHS Enterprises, or if you have any information relevant to this investigation please contact Deputy Blalack at 541-693-6911 reference case 22-27184.
