Update: Missing and Endangered Woman Located (Photo) - 11/16/20

Ms. Stringer was located Sunday night and is safe. A community member recognized Ms. Stringer and knew she had been reported as missing.


Washington County Sheriff's Office detectives need the public's help locating a missing and endangered 20-year-old woman. Leah Stringer last communicated with her family on October 31, 2020, and has not been heard from since.

Ms. Stringer’s family, and detectives, believe she may be endangered. It is unknown if Ms. Stringer is still in the metro area, as there has been no activity on her social media accounts.

Ms. Stringer has a large tattoo of a lion and the St. Johns bridge on her left thigh.
