Washington County Sheriff's Deputies Receiving Medical Care - 08/08/19

Update:

Sheriff Garrett will brief the media between 9:30 and 9:45. Media should gather at the bottom of the stairs near the entrance to the Kohler Pavilion.

 

The Deputies involved in this afternoon’s incident near Hagg Lake are receiving medical care at area hospitals. One of the Deputies sustained non-life threatening injuries. The other Deputy has serious injuries and is getting excellent medical care with a good prognosis.

A press conference with Sheriff Pat Garrett will be scheduled for about 9 p.m. at the OHSU campus, location to be determined.
