Two Brothers Arrested After Morning Stabbing in Aloha (Photo) - 02/15/18

February 15, 2018 -- Two brothers were arrested after a man was stabbed in Aloha this morning. The victim is expected to survive his injuries.

On Thursday, February 15, 2018, at 6:59 a.m., Washington County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to the report of a stabbing at SW 185th Avenue and SW Blanton Street in the community of Aloha.

The 33-year-old male victim reported that he had been stabbed in the back and punched by acquaintances during a dispute over stolen property. He was able to identify his attackers.

With the assistance of a tracking K9 from the Beaverton Police Department, deputies searched the area. As a precaution, the International School of Beaverton and Faith Bible School were asked to go into lockout mode. Approximately an hour later, both schools went back to normal operations. The suspects were not located during the initial search.

The victim was transported to a local hospital and is expected to survive his injuries.

At 9:53 a.m., a sergeant working in Aloha located and detained one of the suspects at SW 187th Avenue and SW Johnson Street.

Later in the day, the second suspect was also contacted and arrested in Aloha.

The suspects were identified as 34-year-old Jacob K. Rose and 33-year-old Nicholas A. Rose.
Jacob K. Rose has been charged with assault in the first degree, unlawful use of weapon and menacing. Nicholas A. Rose has been charged with assault in the third degree, menacing and hindering prosecution.
