The victim in this homicide is identified as Shamesha Danaee Allen, 45. Her family has been notified of her death and provided the attached photograph for public release. The family is requesting privacy at this time.
The medical examiner determined that she died of homicide by gunshot wound.

The suspect in Saturday’s fatal shooting in the Glenfair Neighborhood has been criminally charged.
Donnell L. Watson, 43, of Gresham, Oregon, was booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on charges of Manslaughter in the First Degree with a Firearm, and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.

A shooting in the Glenfair Neighborhood has left 1 woman deceased.
On Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 6:37p.m., East Precinct and Focused Intervention Team officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 15900 block of Northeast Everett Court. When officers arrived they found an adult female deceased at the scene.
A suspect was detained by responding officers. No other suspects are currently being sought.
The Portland Police Bureau Homicide Unit is responding to the scene to investigate. Northeast Everett Court west of Northeast 160th Avenue is closed.
