Homicide Victim In Cully Neighborhood Shooting Identified (Photo) -11/08/22

The victim in this homicide has been identified as 35-year old Shirlene S. Beaver. The Medical Examiner determined the cause of Ms. Beaver's death was from a gunshot wound and ruled her death a homicide. Ms. Beaver's family shared a photo of her and a family member is willing to speak with media. Media should contact the Portland Police Public Information Officer for more information. Beaver ###PPB### ***Original Message Below*** One victim is deceased and another is injured after a shooting in the Cully Neighborhood. On Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 8:25p.m., North Precinct officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 4600 block of Northeast Lombard Street. When they arrived they located two victims. One female adult was deceased at the scene. The second, an adult male, was transported by ambulance to the hospital with serious injuries. No immediate arrests were made. The Portland Police Bureau Homicide Unit responded to the scene and is investigating.
