UPDATE: Double Homicide - Victims Identified (Photo) - 01/22/21

The homicide victims in the January 17, 2021 shooting have been identified as 31-year-old Frank Gouland and 28-year-old Adam Kekoa Adams. The Oregon State Medical Examiner's Officer determined both Mr. Gouland and Mr. Adams died from gunshot wounds and ruled their deaths a homicide.

Their families have been notified of their deaths and provided the photos. The family is willing to speak with the media. Please inquire with the PIO.

On January 17, 2021, at approximately 3:38 a.m., officers from the East Precinct responded to a call of a shooting in the 14300 block of Southeast Division Street. Upon their arrival, officers found two victims who were deceased.

Detectives from the Homicide Division are on scene and investigating. Cause and manner of death will be determined by the Oregon State Medical Examiner at a later time and date. Additional information will be released at the direction of the investigators.

The PIO is not responding to the scene.
