The victim of the shooting in the Hazelwood neighborhood has been identified as 35 year-old Ian Alexander Phillips. The Oregon State Medical Examiner determined the death to be a homicide by gunshot.
Mr. Phillips' family has been notified and provided the photo of him.

On Monday, November 23, 2020 at 1:29a.m., East Precinct officers were dispatched to a report of a person down in the 200 block of Northeast 122nd Avenue. When officers arrived they located a victim with injuries consistent with a shooting. The severity of the injuries is not being released at this time.
Officers and detectives have closed off the area for the investigation, but no streets are impacted.
