2nd Annual Women In Public Safety Career Fair Scheduled For March 7 (Photo) -03/04/20

The Portland Police Bureau, in conjunction with local public safety agencies, is hosting the 2nd annual Women in Public Safety Career Fair. The event will be on Saturday, March 7, 2020, 9 a.m. to 3 pm. at the PPB Training Facility, located at 14912 NE Airport Way. Admission is free. Representatives from the Portland Police Bureau, Portland Fire & Rescue, Port of Portland Police; the Bureau of Emergency Communications; Hillsboro Police Department; Eugene Police Department; Oregon State Police; Multnomah County Sheriff's Office; and the FBI will be on hand to talk to attendees about the opportunities available in public safety fields. The event is a fun, informative and valuable event for anyone who seeks more information about a career in these fields. Media are invited and encouraged to attend. A PPB Public Information Officer will be on hand to answer additional questions. We ask that if you feel sick or have flu-like symptoms, to avoid the public event.
