Portland Police Bureau Detectives are primary on the criminal case, which is related to an incident that occurred on December 5, 2019 in the area of Southeast Division Street and Southeast 116th Avenue. Detectives have information that Rodriguez Gil had been at Whelan's Irish Pub and was involved in an earlier altercation.
