The Portland Police Bureau is releasing the investigative files regarding the officer-involved shooting of Sarah Brown, which occurred on March 8, 2018. Brown was wounded in the shooting and was indicted for crimes related to that night. On January 31, 2020, Brown pleaded guilty to three counts of first-degree attempted murder, two counts of unlawful use of a weapon and one count of first-degree burglary.
