UPDATE #2: Suspect Identified (Photo) -01/30/20

The suspect in today's incident has been identified as 21-year-old Awasioeth Epenrosa. His no bail warrant was for assaulting a police officer. An update, with suspect information, will be provided later in the afternoon. ###PPB### ###ORIGINAL MESSAGE BELOW### The Special Emergency Reaction Team (SERT) and Crisis Negotiation Team (CNT) are responding to the area of the Northeast 60 Avenue and Northeast Portland Highway to assist North Precinct officers search for a reportedly armed individual who also has a warrant for their arrest. Community members in the area are asked to shelter in place. There are no reported injuries pertaining to this incident. No additional information is available at this time.
