PPB wishes to thank the community members who were impacted by the shelter in place direction and those who were unable to access the area for several hours. A female occupant of the stolen vehicle was detained and Detectives are determining if criminal charges are applicable. PPB's Robbery Detectives are pursuing several leads in this case. If anyone has information about the incidents or involved persons, contact Detective John Russell at (503) 823-0464 or john.russell@portlandoregon.gov or Detective Kenneth Reynolds at (503) 823-0407 or Kenneth.reynolds@portlandoregon.gov ###PPB### ###ORIGINAL MESSAGE BELOW### On January 23, 2020, at 4:42 p.m., East Precinct Officers responded to the area of the 14700 block of Southeast Division Street regarding a stolen vehicle that the owner recognized as being occupied by a stranger.
