On Thursday, February 7th, 2019, at 1:09 p.m., officers assigned to the Portland Police Bureau's North Precinct responded to the area of North Commercial Avenue and North Killingsworth Street on reports of a shooting. Numerous teens were reported to have run out of the area after the shooting. Four schools in the area were placed in lockout status.

Officers arrived in the area and searched for suspects and anyone injured by gunfire. No suspects or victims of gunfire were located.
