Gas Station Robbed on Sunday Night in Southeast Portland - No Arrest or Injuries - 09/16/18

On Sunday, September 16, 2018, at 8:10 p.m., Central Precinct officers responded to the report of a robbery at the Mobil Gas Station, located at 5124 Southeast 17 Avenue.

Officers arrived at the station and learned that a suspect entered the location, demanded the money while brandished a handgun. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect left the location in a white sedan southbound on SE McLoughlin Boulevard.

Officers conducted an area check but did not locate anyone matching the suspect's description or the suspect's vehicle.

The suspect was described as a male, 6'2 tall wearing a black mask with sunglasses, a gray hoodie and jeans, armed with a handgun.

There were no reported injuries as a result of this incident.
There are no surveillance images available for public release at this time.
