UPDATE: Missing 11-Year-Old Boy Located - 05/23/18

Howe has returned home and has been reunited with his family.

At this time in the investigation there are no indications of foul play.

Portland Police Bureau's Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public's help to locate 11-year-old Curtis Howe. Howe was last seen with friends in the 7000 block of Southeast 76th Avenue on Monday, May 21, 2018.

Howe is described as a white male, 5'1" tall, 100 pounds, with reddish brown hair and blue eyes.

Howe was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants and a black backpack. Howe is knowledgeable with the TriMet system. Based on information learned at this time, detectives do not believe foul play is involved in this missing person investigation.
