Shooting Investigation Early Saturday Morning in Portland's Woodlawn Neighborhood - No Known Injuries - 03/17/18

On Saturday, March 17, 2018, at 1:37 a.m., North Precinct officers responded to the report of gunfire in the 600 block of Northeast Morgan Street.

When officers arrived on scene they located an occuppied residence and a parked unoccupied vehicle with damage consistent with being struck by bullets. Officers also located additional evidence of gunfire on Northeast Morgan Street.

During the investigation, officers learned that witnesses believe the suspects arrived and departed in a grey sedan.

There were no reports of injured people inside the home that was struck by gunfire or anyone arriving at area hospitals with injuries as a result of this shooting.

Based on information learned at the scene, the Gang Enforcement Team responded to assume the investigation.
