Northeast Portland Market Robbed at Gunpoint - No Injuries - 01/22/18

On Sunday, January 21, 2018, at 7:04 p.m., North Precinct officers responded to the report of a robbery at the Food King Market, located at 2909 Northeast Prescott Street.

Officers arrived at the market and learned two suspects entered the location and demanded money while one of the suspects brandished a firearm. The market employee ran from the location. Based on preliminary information, officers believe the suspects left without obtaining any cash or other items.

Responding officers searched the neighborhood but did not locate anyone matching the suspects' description. The suspects were described as two men wearing masks. One suspect was described as being 6'3" tall and the other suspect was described s short.

There are no surveillance images available for public release at this time.
