Bank Robbery Saturday Afternoon in Portland's Hazelwood Neighborhood - 01/20/18

On Sunday, January 20, 2018, at 1:23 p.m., East Precinct officers responded to the report of a bank robbery at the U.S. Bank, located at 12203 Northeast Glisan Street.

Officers arrived in the area and spoke with employees who told police the suspect entered the bank displayed and a note demanding money. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect left the bank without incident.

Several officers checked the neighborhood but did not locate anyone matching the suspect's description.

The suspect is described as a white male in his late 50's to early 60's, five feet seven inches to five feet eight inches tall, with a medium build.
Portland Police Bureau Robbery Detail detectives and Federal Bureau of Investigation agents are currently investigating this robbery.
