UPDATE: Suspect Arrested in Connection to Shooting in Southeast Portland (Photo) - 12/04/17

As officers investigated a shooting that took place at the Mystic Gentleman's Club on Wednesday, November 29, 2017, at 9:22 p.m., they identified a suspect in the shooting.

Once officers identified the suspect, surrounding law enforcement agencies were informed of the suspect's identity and associated vehicle.

On Thursday, November 30, 2017, at approximately 12:15 a.m., the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office notified Portland Police they had taken the suspect associated with the Mystic Gentleman's Club shooting into custody after they responded to the report of gunfire in their jurisdiction.

Portland Police Officers responded to Clackamas County and took custody of 31-year-old Daniel Frank. A firearm was located and seized as evidence at the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office custody location.

Frank was lodged at the Multnomah County Jail on November 30, 2017 on charges of Unlawful Use of a Weapon (two counts) and Menacing.

On Wednesday November 29, 2017, at 9:22 p.m., East Precinct officers responded to the report of gunfire outside the Mystic Gentleman's Club, located at 9950 Southeast Stark Street.

Officers arrived in the area and spoke to witnesses who reported to police that the male suspect left the club, fired several rounds from a handgun into the air, then left the area. No gunshot victims were located at the scene or arrived at any area hospitals. Evidence of gunfire was located at the scene.

The only suspect description available is a white male in his 30s. Officers checked the area but did not locate anyone matching the suspect's description.
