Glendale Man Arrested For Rape (Photo) - 11/05/20

GLENDALE, Ore. - A Glendale man was arrested on rape charges on Tuesday evening. 

On Monday, November 2, 2020, the Sheriff's Office took a report of a sexual assault. The assault had taken place on Monday, October 27, 2020, in the 100-block of Fourth Street in Glendale. 

During the investigation, it was revealed that 20-year old Irving Gerardo Gaytan of Glendale had sexual contact with an adult female known to him; without her consent while she was sleeping. 

On Tuesday, November 3, 2020, Gaytan was arrested and lodged in the Douglas County Jail on the following charges: 

• First Degree Rape
• First Degree Sexual Abuse
