UPDATE: Small Business Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program Worksheets -03/17/20

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ore. - Douglas County has received a handful of Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program (EIDL) assessment forms from small businesses. These forms have been forwarded to the Office of Oregon Emergency Management. 

OEM has notified Douglas County that no additional assessment forms are necessary at this time. It is important that businesses understand the forms are not loan applications. 

The state will work with the Small Business Administration on next steps. When and if loans are available, that information will be communicated to the public.

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ore. - Douglas County Emergency Management is collecting information from small businesses in Douglas County who may be financially suffering due to the impacts of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic. 

The information is being compiled and will be provided to the Oregon Office of Emergency Management in the event that Governor Brown requests assistance from the U.S. Small Business Administration's (SBA) Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program (EIDL).

The EIDL can provide low-interest working capital loans to small businesses, small agricultural cooperatives and most private non-profit organizations. The loans cannot be made to governmental entities, including tribes. Further information may be found at https://www.sba.gov/disaster-assistance/coronavirus-covid-19.

Those eligible for the program in Douglas County are asked to fill out the form found at www.dcso.com/covid19_sba.pdf and return it by email to dcso.pio@co.douglas.or.us or by US Mail to:
