IDLEYLD PARK, Ore. - On Thursday, January 9, 2020, at 11:01 am, 9-1-1 dispatchers received a report of a child who was reportedly not breathing at 7 Cedarwood Lane in Idleyld Park.

Dispatchers initiated telephone CPR until deputies arrived, who attempted lifesaving efforts. The child, identified as 1 year-old Ember Alice McBride, was transported by ambulance to Mercy Medical Center where she was pronounced deceased upon arrival.
