CANYONVILLE, Ore. -- A Canyonville woman and two of her male companions were arrested on charges early Wednesday morning following a stolen vehicle investigation.
At 1:30 am, a deputy located a stolen vehicle in the 700-block of North Main Street. The deputy contacted two males walking away from the vehicle and identified them as 23 year-old Nathaniel Lee Schmidt of Myrtle Creek and 35 year-old Nathaniel James Randolph of Tiller. Through the course of the investigation, 24 year-old Robi Mea Cockrum of Canyonville was identified as the driver of the vehicle. Cockrum was ultimately located at a nearby business and was questioned.
All three individuals were arrested on charges stemming from the investigation and lodged at the Douglas County Jail.
Cockrum was charged with Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Possession of a Controlled Substance - Heroin and Warrant.
Schmidt was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance - Heroin and Probation Violation
Randolph was charged with Possession of Contolled Substance - Methamphetamine and Warrant.
