The Sheriff's Office has concluded it's Click it or Ticket Campaign. The campaign began on February 5th and concluded on February 18th. Funding for the increased enforcement was provided by the Oregon Department of Transportation.
Deputies took the following enforcement action for the listed violations:
Distracted Driving: 3
Seatbelt: 20
Speeding: 21
Driving While Suspended: 8
Child Restraint: 1
Other Misc. Violations: 26
A total of 20 personnel hours were spent during the campaign period.
