News Release
Woodland Police Department request for information - 05/20/23

On Saturday, May 20, 2023, at approximately 3:15 am, Woodland Police were advised of an altercation leading to a shooting in the 1200 block of Pacific Avenue. The victim fled in his vehicle from that location with the suspect vehicle in pursuit.  A passenger from the suspect’s vehicle fired gunshots at the victim vehicle, striking it multiple times. The victim drove to the Woodland Police Department and the suspect vehicle fled the area. The victim driver sustained a minor wound to the leg. He is expected to make a full recovery. 

 

The suspect vehicle is described as a dark colored, possibly maroon, SUV with a bike rack loaded with at least 1 bicycle on the back. It was occupied by two white males, approximately 40 years in age. The suspects and vehicle have not been located.
