Skimmer Used On ATM At Fibre Federal Woodland Washington (Photo) -08/07/18

The Woodland Police Department  is  hoping that somebody can help us identify the subject in these photo's. These were from Thursday, August 2nd in the evening when a skimmer was placed on the Fibre Federal ATM. It was put on shortly after 6:00 pm and removed shortly after 9:00 pm.
