News Release: Woodburn Police Respond to Fourth of July Shooting - 07/05/20

Sunday, July 5, 2020 - Woodburn, OR – On Saturday, July 4 at 11:57 p.m., the Woodburn Police Department (WPD) responded to a report of a shooting victim in the 400 block of Vine Avenue. Officers arrived and found a 21-year-old male suffering from a single gunshot wound. The victim's injury appeared to be non-life-threatening and he was transported to a local area hospital in stable condition. 

No suspect(s) have been identified at this time, but witnesses stated that a dark colored Cadillac sedan was involved in the shooting. WPD is asking anyone with information to contact Detective Aaron Devoe or Detective Sergeant Keith Kimberlin at 503-982-2345.
