**UPDATE** Woodburn Police Respond To Suspicious Device (Photo) -02/23/18
UPDATE: The Woodburn Police Department (WPD) continues to investigate yesterday's armed robbery at La Caseta De Tarjeta, located at 479 N. Front St. Police have released a third image of the suspect in this update and is seeking the public's assistant in identifying him. Anyone with information is asked to contact the WPD at 503-982-2345. _________________________________________________________________________ Woodburn police responded to a call of an armed robbery and suspicious device at 479 N. Front St. at 12:05 p.m. today. The male suspect attempted to rob La Caseta De Tarjeta, which is a money exchange business and Greyhound bus stop. He dropped the device and fled. Oregon State Police Bomb Squad deployed its robot and rendered the device safe. The scene was opened back up around 2 p.m. The suspect is described as a white adult male, 6-feet tall with a slender build and greenish hazel eyes. He was wearing at least two layers of clothing, including a dark gray hoodie and a neon yellow reflective construction-like vest. He also had a white ski mask covering his face.
