West Linn Police Respond To Fatal Crash On Willamette Falls Drive

On Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at approximately 8:30 pm, West Linn Police were dispatched to a crash on Willamette Falls Drive, between 6th Avenue and Chestnut Drive, involving two vehicles.
On arrival, WLPD Officers and Tualatin Fire and Rescue Crew Members began life saving efforts on the driver of a Jeep, later identified as 52 year old Stephanie Chambers of Molalla, and the driver of a Prius, later identified as 21 year old Blaise McGuire of West Linn. Both Chambers and McGuire succumbed to their injuries and were pronounced deceased at the crash scene. A juvenile sibling traveling with McGuire was transported to the hospital for observation.
The WLPD has waited to releases the names of those involved until both families were able to be notified.
This crash is still under investigation by the Clackamas County Criminal Reconstruction and Forensics Technicians (CRAFT) Team.
