What: WSU Tri-Cities Fall Education Summit
When: Saturday, Oct. 11, 2025 | 9 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (doors open at 8:45 a.m.)
Where: WSU Tri-Cities, Collaboration Hall, 2780 Crimson Way, Richland, Wash.


Event Highlights:

  • Keynote by Rosa Floyd, 2023 Oregon State Teacher of the Year, recognized for her dedication to students, families, and innovative dual-immersion teaching.

  • Professional development sessions led by educators from across Washington covering equity in education, STEM education, and Career & Technical Education (CTE).

  • Hundreds of K-12 educators and administrators expected to attend.

  • Sponsored by STCU.

Why it matters:
The summit brings together educators from across Washington to discuss some of the most pressing issues in K-12 education. The event provides insight into how teachers and administrators are addressing equity, innovation, and workforce readiness in schools.
