Vancouver Police Substitute PIO Oct 6-19

Vancouver, Wash. – Vancouver Police Public Affairs Manager Kim Kapp will be unavailable October 6-19. Deputy Chief Erica Nilsen will be handling PIO duties during office hours (Monday-Friday, 8a,-5pm) and can be reached by email at erica.nilsen@cityofvancouver.us.
As always for after hour or weekend inquiries, members of the media should contact CRESA on the media line and request a returned call from the on-duty Sergeant.
Members of the media should not email other VPD personnel who may have served as a substitute PIO in the past or been listed on a previous media release as a point of contact. Deputy Chief Nilsen is the PIO point of contact during the above-listed dates.
Kim Kapp will return to the office on October 20.
