Missing Endangered Person (Photo) - 08/02/22

***UPDATE***  Carol was located and safely returned home.

 

 

The Vancouver Police is asking for the public's help in locating a Missing Endangered Person. Carol Jean Rice was last known to be in the area of NE 39th St and NE Edmunds Rd in east Vancouver on 08/01/2022 at about 9:00pm. She was driving a silver 2006 Toyota Corolla 4 door sedan, CA license plates 5RHT356. Ms. Rice is described a 75 year-old, white female, 5'00" tall, 150lbs, gray hair, and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray shirt and gray pants. She is considered a missing endangered person due to medical conditions that require medication that she does not have with her and due to her mental state. A Silver Alert has been issued for Ms. Rice. Anyone who has information regarding Ms. Rice's whereabouts is urged to call 911.
