Vancouver Police seeks missing mother and infant (Located Safe) - 11/23/21

Ms. Florendo and her son have been located and are safe. 

***

The Vancouver Police Department is searching for Felicia Florendo, who has been missing from her Vancouver home since Saturday, 11-20-2021. Felicia left on foot with her 11-month-old infant son, Koa Florendo, but left behind her phone, purse, and necessities. Felicia is a Native American, 5 ft 3 inches, and about 90 lbs. She has brown eyes and brown hair currently dyed green. She was last seen wearing black pants and a black jacket. The infant was wearing a white or gray top and gray pants. Anyone with information about Felicia and her child are asked to call 911.
