Update 3: Clark County Sheriff's Office Officer Involved Shooting February 4, 2021 (update To Spelling Of Dep. Troupe First Name)

Vancouver, Wash. –On February 4, 2021, Clark County Sheriff’s Deputies were conducting a traffic stop in the area of NE 68th Street/NE 2nd Avenue which resulted in an officer involved shooting. The previous releases indicated four deputies were involved. Based on information from the investigation, it has been determined that three deputies were involved.
The involved deputies, who remain on critical incident leave, are:
- Sean Boyle: 21-year deputy with CCSO and currently assigned as a K-9 handler in Central Precinct.
- Greg Agar: 6-year deputy with CCSO and currently assigned to swing shift out of West Precinct.
- Holly Troupe: 1.5-year deputy and currently assigned to graveyard out of West Precinct.
The SW Washington Independent Investigative Response Team (SWIIR), led by the Vancouver Police Department, is conducting the investigation into the officer involved shooting. Nothing additional related to the investigation is releasable at this time.
