Downtown demonstrations result in one arrest - 11/30/20

Vancouver, Wash. – On November 29, 2020, a protest involving approximately 50 individuals gathered in downtown Vancouver. Approximately 25 counter-protestors also gathered. Several individuals from both groups were exercising their open carry rights.

The events resulted in one arrest, James E DeBacqua, 38, address unknown, was arrested for Assault IV and Felony Harassment and booked into the Clark County Jail.
