Vancouver Police investigate missing person - 10/10/19

UPDATE:
Joseph King was found safe in Portland, Oregon.

Vancouver Police are seeking the publics assistance in locating a missing person, Joseph King, who was last seen walking away from Taco Bell, 8300 Vancouver Plaza Drive around 1045am on October 09, 2019.  Joseph is not familiar with Vancouver and has medical conditions that require medication and care taking.  Joseph is a 49 year old black male,  6'02" tall, 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  Joseph was last seen wearing a grey jacket, red t-shirt, jeans, and black shoes with no socks.  If you have information on Josephs whereabouts please call 911.
