He is a White male, approximately 4'11 75lbs with Brown eyes and Brown hair. He was last seen wearing a Red T Shirt Blue jeans and sneakers. He was last seen leaving home at approximatley one hour ago from a group home. He has no known medical or mental health issues. Has frequented parks around NE 9th Street between NE 112th and NE 137th ave in Vancouver, WA.
