Pandora was located by Vancouver Police Detectives in Portland, OR. She is safe and is being reunited with family.
We appreciate the public's help in trying to locate her.

The Vancouver Police Department is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 14 year old female.
Pandora Hertel is white, 5'-05" tall, 135lbs with medium length brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen January 2nd after running away from school in Vancouver. She was wearing a leopard print jacket, pink tee shirt, black sweat pants and red UGG style boots.
Pandora is on the autism spectrum and has a diminished mental capacity. She is in need of medication for her condition.
If anyone sees Pandora or knows where she is, they should call 911 immediately. She may be in the Portland or Seattle areas.
