Search warrant results in three arrests (Photo) - 11/22/17

Vancouver, Wash. -- On November 22, 201at 4:40 a.m., the Safe Street Task Force, with the assistance of the Vancouver Police Neighborhood Response Team and Southwest Washington SWAT, served a Clark County District Court search warrant at a residence located at 12814 NE 34th Street in Vancouver. The search warrant was for Distribution of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Firearms and wanted fugitives.

During the service of the search warrant nine people were contact inside the home, three were arrested on warrants and new felony charges to include:

* Lucas L. Reed, 9-28-84: Reed was wanted on a felony warrant by Washington State Dept. of Corrections for Escape Community Custody as well as another felony warrant out of Kennewick Washington for Elude and Possession of a Controlled Substance. During the search warrant service this morning, Reed was found in possession of a 9mm semi-auto handgun and numerous bags of suspected heroin and methamphetamine for distribution. New charges for Reed include Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Heroin, and Escape Community Custody.

* Tyler L. Davis, 7-27-88: Davis was wanted on a felony warrant by the Washington State Dept. of Corrections for Escape Community Custody. Davis was found in possession of suspected methamphetamine during this investigation and will be charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Escape Community Custody.

* Jeffery A. Moore, 12-20-86: Moore was wanted on a felony warrant by the Washington State Dept. of Corrections for Escape Community Custody. Moore will be charged with Escape Community Custody.

All three individuals were booked into the Clark County Jail. The investigation is ongoing and nothing further is releasable at this time.
