Vancouver Fire Department Responds to Residential Structure Fire on NE 35th Street
VANCOUVER, Wash. — September 6, 2026 — At approximately 7:32 p.m. Sunday, September 6, Vancouver Fire Department crews were dispatched to a report of a house fire at 15800 NE 35th Street in Vancouver, Washington.
Vancouver Fire responded with 9 apparatus and 25 firefighters. Upon arrival, firefighters found a well-involved fire in a two-story residence, with flames billowing from both the front and back of the home.
Firefighters immediately began an aggressive fire attack while simultaneously searching the residence for potential occupants. Crews were able to bring the fire under control in less than 35 minutes.
Firefighters searched the home and no one was found inside. No injuries were reported.
Vancouver Fire Department Fire Marshals are on scene conducting an investigation to determine the origin and cause of the fire.
