House Fire July 27th (Photo) -07/27/22

On Wednesday July 27th, 2022, at approximately 8:30am, The Vancouver Fire Department was dispatched to a house fire at 6410 NE 32nd street. Four fire engines, a ladder truck and Battalion Chief Responded. The first crews arrived to find a single-story house with smoke coming from the back sliding patio door. The fire engine crew quickly pulled a hose line to the kitchen area and extinguished the fire while the firefighters from the ladder truck searched the house for possible occupant. The fire was deemed under control in just a few minutes and there were no injuries to report. 

The occupants of the home will be displaced for the time being and are being assisted by their church.

In Total 20 Fire Department personnel were on scene and the fire is under investigation by the Vancouver Fire Marshal's Office.
