The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to the arrest
and conviction of the suspect who robbed a USPS letter carrier in the breezeway on the north side of The
Matisse, 677 S. Lowell St, Portland, OR 97239, on September 5th, 2023, at approximately 7:25 p.m.
 

The unidentified male is described as 5'8" - 5'10" tall, medium build, clean cut, bright blue eyes, wearing a
black jacket with white lettering on the back. The suspect departed the area in a dark-colored Ford Explorer.
