Homicide Investigation Update

UPDATE: The victim in Friday’s homicide has been identified as Savannah Gideon, age 32, from Portland. The suspect in this case, Christopher Fisher, age 42, is also from Portland.
Based on initial information, investigators do not believe this was a random shooting.
Ms. Gideon’s family has been notified of her death, and they are asking for privacy from the media.
