Three People Arrested In 2022 Double Murder - 01/17/24

Three people have been arrested in connection with a double murder investigation from 2022.

On 5/6/22 at 1:30AM, officers responded to a call of a disturbance with a weapon at the Embassy Suites hotel (9000 SW Washington Square Road). Several people reported hearing gunfire and officers found two people dead. The victims were later identified as Gerald Randle, 38, and his brother, Andrew Randle, 37, who lived in Portland. 

Tigard Police Detectives continued to actively investigate this case. On January 5th, 2024, a Washington County Grand Jury indicted three people on murder charges.

On January 11th, Keontae Campbell, age 23, was arrested by Portland Police and the U.S. Marshals Task Force at a home in Portland. He is charged with murder in the second degree and felon in possession of a firearm.

On January 12th, Quandrae Harris-Streeter, age 25, was arrested by Tigard Police detectives and the U.S. Marshals Task Force at a home in Beaverton. He is facing charges of murder in the second degree and felon in possession of a firearm.

A third suspect, Demarcus Davis, age 31, is already in custody at the Multnomah County Jail on unrelated charges. He is now facing two counts of murder in the first degree and felon in possession of a firearm as a result of this investigation.
