Two People Indicted, Arrested In July Robbery -12/14/22

Two people have been indicted by a Washington County Grand Jury on Measure 11 charges for the July robbery of a Tigard store.

Just before 3 PM on July 14th, 2022, officers were called to an armed robbery at All That Glitters at 13185 SW Pacific Highway. Employees reported a man robbed the store at gunpoint, then ran out. Despite a large police response and K-9 track, the suspect was not immediately located or identified.

Detectives with the Tigard Police Commercial Crimes Unit took over the investigation and continued to develop information and leads for the next five months. Thanks to their work, the suspect was identified as Rosario Jumpingbull (DOB 7/23/89). Additionally, detectives identified Isabel Lemier (DOB 2/20/90) as the getaway driver in this case. Both are from Portland.

On Friday, December 9th, they were indicted by a grand jury on charges of first-degree robbery and first-degree aggravated theft.

Mr. Jumpingbull was already in custody in the Multnomah County Jail on unrelated charges and was transferred to the Washington County Jail. Ms. Lemier was arrested by Tigard Police yesterday (December 13th) and was also taken to jail.
