66 Doctors And Nurses At The Oregon Clinic Recognized By Peers As Among The Best -01/03/20

Portland, OR – January 3, 2020 — 66 physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners at The Oregon Clinic (TOC) were named to Portland Monthly Magazine’s annual “Top Doctors and Nurses” list, recognized by their peers as among the best in the region. Spanning a variety of specialties, Portland Monthly’s 2020 list includes TOC providers in Ear, Nose and Throat; Gastroenterology; General Surgery; Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine; Urogynecology; Urology and more. With more than 270 providers in the region, approximately 25% of TOC’s providers made the Portland Monthly list this year.

“One quarter of our providers made this list, which is quite impressive,” said Dr. Richard Jamison, President of The Oregon Clinic. “Our specialists work incredibly hard to stay at the top of their fields and being recognized by their peers as such is really an honor.”

For many Portlanders, Portland Monthly’s database is a go-to place to find a new doctor or specialist. The magazine’s annual “Top Doctors and Nurses” list compiles a peer-vetted list of the Portland area’s very best doctors, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners. To determine the best, Portland Monthly solicits nominations from practitioners in Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas Counties, asking peers to nominate the best in various specialties. After tabulating thousands of votes, Portland Monthly’s published list represents only the top five percent of nominees.
