Step Springs to Host Media Open House Ahead of November Opening

Colorado Springs, CO — Step Springs will host a Media Open House on Friday, October 24 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., offering members of the media an exclusive first look at the newly furnished facility before welcoming its first residents on November 3, 2025.

Step Springs is a residential recovery program designed to help men in Colorado Springs break the cycles of homelessness and addiction through a structured approach built on four guiding principles: sobriety, work, accountability, and community. Modeled after Step Denver’s proven 42-year program, Step Springs is projected to serve more than 160 men in its first year of operation.

The Media Open House will include opportunities to:

  • Tour the fully furnished Step Springs facility.
     

  • Capture photo and video footage before residents arrive.
     

  • Speak with Step Springs leadership about the program’s mission, community partnerships, and long-term impact in the Pikes Peak region.
